If you are arriving alone, but would prefer to save money by having a roommate:
On the Shopping Cart button, please choose "Single, but prefer roommate."  We will then notify you when and if we find another workshopper that would also like a roommate—at which time we would request your permission to put you together.

If you are arriving or meeting with another workshopper(s) and you would like to be roommates:
On the Shopping Cart button, please choose "Double Occupancy" (or Triple or Quad) and indicate in the Shopping Cart's "Comment Box" (appears after you enter your address) the name of the individual(s) that you would like to be roommates with.

You are, of course, welcome to arrive with a non-workshopper friend(s) or spouse (this is, actually, quite common).  They would also be included in the breakfast/dinner meal package.  While they would not be permitted to attend the workshop, itself, they are more than welcome to enjoy the facility and grounds of the Spruce Lodge.  Naturally, we also encourage everyone to take advantage of the many activities and things to see in Montana's "Glacier Country."

If you are departing the area on Saturday—after the workshop—we recommend that you spend Friday night in Kalispell (closer to the airport or train depot).  Our group is not able to stay at Spruce Lodge on Friday night, as they will be welcoming their weekend guests.

We highly recommend that you stay at Spruce Lodge.  This facility is typically used for weddings, retreats and workshops, such as ours.  Not only is it the best lodging/meal value, but you will enjoy the experience of staying in this beautiful, secluded setting.  And you will have access to its spacious painting room 24 hours a day!

But, they do only have 13 rooms, so book early!

The next closest accommodations are in Somers (10 miles) and Kalispell (18 miles).
