After 18 great years here, we have decided to sell our Montana home. We have loved it, but the time has come to turn the page to a new chapter. Our housing needs have changed since we arrived on Political Hill and purchased our home from the Bushes over Presidents Day weekend 2002 (all true, BTW).
This may take us a year or so. And we will likely stay in Montana, though we will explore all options. Yet, some days we are tempted to return to warmer latitudes and sailing, so who knows.
A pastel morning sky to celebrate a new day. Crayons to inspire creativity. My grandfather’s Santa Maria lamp to illuminate big and adventurous ideas. His nautical cigar ashtray to remind me to tack into the wind. And an unseen cup of coffee to fuel the neurons.
UPDATE: It sounds like NASA pulled off the impossible again — a successful Mars landing that necessitated a whole lot of things going right. Despite the onslaught of daily negative news, these are exciting times to be alive, IMHO.
