She accidentally followed our granddaughter over a small jump on that day. The takeoff was superb. The landing… not so much. A week of heat pads followed — the perils of going airborne.

We enjoyed a few days down in Missoula with family. On Friday, we visited our musical daughter’s workplace, the new downtown Missoula Symphony office (a historic bank building).

After 22 years of living in Montana, Marlene got her first cowboy hat.

Tomorrow we will shop for a horse, saddle, rope — and maybe some cattle.
