Fortunately, I had forgotten to off-load the X-Country skis and boots, so the beautiful, warm, sunny day was not lost.

It is the final day of the deep freeze (for the winter, I think). One more day of being cooped up, so one more day of reviewing my “sky photos” from last fall.
Once upon a time there was a bustling lumber-mill town on the north end of Flathead Lake. These old, decaying dock pilings are remnants of those days.
I am fascinated by the bird’s-eye view of this clear lake — its colors and patterns.
