My audio rendition of Searching for Alpha Centauri in a 64′ Chevy will be available in the not-so-distant-future (probably October) on Audible, Apple, Kobo, Findaway Voices, etc.
Creating an audiobook has given me an appreciation of professional narrators. “It ain’t easy” speaking clearly (really clearly), consistently, and with varying inflection on a long script. Add to that the surprising and numerous voice anomalies an audio recorder reveals.
Thank goodness for the audio editor!
It’s taking some time. There is just no fast way to process 95,000 words (well). But, I’m pleased with the results so far.
Please stay tuned…
